Editorial policy
Inspired Civic Journal aims to make general information about group decision-making clear, careful and useful. We distinguish explanation from opinion, avoid claims beyond what a subject supports and correct material when we find an error.
Accuracy and clarity
We check names, definitions and factual statements against suitable material before publication, and make uncertainty clear where it matters. Examples are illustrative, not reports of real people or organisations. Our articles explain general approaches; they do not replace a group's governing documents, applicable requirements or professional advice.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for reader relevance and clarity. A contributor, partner or advertiser does not receive control over independent editorial conclusions. When a commercial relationship is relevant to material on the site, it is identified plainly so readers can tell editorial coverage from a paid placement.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error, use the Contact page and identify the article and the passage in question. We review correction requests and update material when warranted. Significant corrections are described clearly in the affected article; minor edits for spelling or readability may not need a separate notice.
Illustrations and automated tools
Some illustrations may be AI-generated. They are used as visual aids, not as evidence that a scene or person is real. We take care not to present generated imagery as documentary photography, and we label it where needed to prevent confusion.
